A letter written to Hon. Fred Lindsay, Stony Plain
Dear Mr. Lindsay, I am glad to hear the Unions are running scared. It is my fervent hope privatization takes over from out-of-control Union Mafia. The public is sick of our children and sick being held at ransom by demands, threats & strikes. This website, Join together Alberta, is phoning our homes asking us to attend a meeting this wednesday in edmonton re: public health care & education cuts. It is my opinion we need private health care & schools (my house taxes should have the option of private school choices). The only healthy business is one with competition. These monopolies & Unions have been calling the shots too long. Health care has plenty of funding, it just needs to be run like a business with budgeting & accountability. Regards, D. Berg
