A letter written to Mr. Greg Weadick, Lethbridge-West
Hi Greg My name is Richard Merrick and I am upset about the upcoming budget cuts that your government is going to implement.I feel this will crush any kind of recovery caused by the recent downturn in our economy. Massive cuts will hurt those most vulnerable and will put more people in the streets.Most of the governments are stimulating their economies not restricting them .I hope you will give some serious thought to the plight of those most affected and how much they will suffer. I know you are new to the legislature and you are encouraged to tow the party line but speaking out against what is wrong is what we all must do.
